Tykerb (Iapatinib) is indicated in combination with Xeloda (capecitabine) for the treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer who have received prior therapy including an anthracycline, a taxane, and trastuzumab.The most common side effects during treatment with TYKERB plus Xeloda (capecitabine) by Roche were:
