Formulated for women who are menopausal or are experiencing the symptoms of menopause associated with perimenopause. These include hot flashes, irregular cycles, and depression. Used regularly, this product can reduce the duration, frequency and intensity of hot flashes, re-establish regularity of cycles in perimenopausal women, and alleviate "lowness" and depression. Effective for women who are not on oestrogen replacement therapy, and who are concerned about their risk of developing heart disease and/or osteoporosis. Take 1 capsule, 2 to 3 times daily. Free from dairy, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, preservatives and other common allergens.
