Prexige (Lumiracoxib) is prescribed for the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis of the knee. Prexige is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). NSAID's can reduce the chemicals produced by your body that cause pain and swelling.Prexige (Lumiracoxib) should not be taken by patients under 18 years of age.
Prexige may cause you to be tired or drowsy.
