Optimmune is a sterile eye ointment that is also known as Opticare manufactured Cipla Vet Care. It contains the chemical cyclosporine which is used to treat keratoconjunctivitis Sica (KCS or dry eye) in dogs. Optimmune requires a prescription from your veterinarian.Opticare (Cyclosporine) has broad anti-inflammatory effects that help to reduce damage to the tear glands while also stimulating tear production.
Do not touch the tube opening of the Opticare (Cyclosporine) to any surface including eyes or hands.
