Tamoxifen Precautions
| Women who are pregnant or plan to become pregnant should not take Tamoxifen. Women who have a history of blood clots or who currently use anticoagulants to thin their blood should not take Tamoxifen to reduce their risk of breast cancer. Cataracts and cataract surgery can also occur more frequently with Tamoxifen. The most frequently reported adverse reactions with Tamoxifen were hot flashes and vaginal discharge. |
