Zestoretic (Lisinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide) is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor and thiazide diuretic combination used to treat high blood pressure. Zestoretic (Lisinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide) may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF Zestoretic (Lisinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide), take Zestoretic as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose of Zestoretic (Lisinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide), skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses of Zestoretic (Lisinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide) at once. DO NOT USE Zestoretic (Lisinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide) IF YOU HAVE HAD A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION to Zestoretic (Lisinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide) or sulfa drugs such as sulfonamide antibiotic (such as Septra DS, Bactrim DS, Gantrisin).
