Drug Policy
- ABC Online Pharmacy does not ship Antibiotics prescribed for short-term therapy.
- Certain medication requiring refrigeration can not be shipped without compromising quality, and therefore will not be shipped by ABC Online Pharmacy. Any inquiries related to the safe shipment of any pharmaceutical product can be directed to ABC Online Pharmacy.
- All prescriptions must be issued by a licensed US physician in order to be considered for processing.
- ABC Online Pharmacy will only dispense drugs approved by the FDA and Health Canada.
- A maximum three month supply of medication can be dispensed to patients at any one time. Refill requests are honored in the same manner.
- Patients may request child proof, easy-open or original lids for their medication at the time of purchase.
ABC Online Pharmacy will only dispense medication that have been previously prescribed to a patient (i.e., a patient must have taken the requested medication for a period of at least thirty days prior to ordering from ABC Online Pharmacy). This is policy insures that the patient is familiar with all side effects associated with their medication.
ABC Online Pharmacy does not ship medication that is not approved for sale in the United States. Substitutions can be made if approved by the patient's physician.
Order Details
Processing Time:
It takes up to 1 week to process your order once we have received your complete patient profile and valid US prescription. In some instances it may take up to 2 weeks to process your order due to a product which is short by its manufacturer.

Free Shipping
Shipping is free for all order totaling over $450.00! Additional shipping charges will only apply if the package exceeds 2.2lb (1 kg) or requires refrigeration.
Shipping Details
All packages from Canada are shipped via Express Post USA. This is our premier shipping method ensuring fast delivery.
Shipping Costs:
- $10.00 for orders under $50.00
- $4.95 for orders over $50.00 but less than $450.00
- FREE for all orders over $450.00
Additional shipping charges may apply under the following circumstances:
- if the package exceeds 2.2 lb (1 kg).
- if package exceeds the dimensions provided by Canada Post.
- if any medication ordered requires refrigeration.
ABC Online Pharmacy also sends group orders, (i.e. families or residents sharing an address) provided that medication is available to be shipped together.
Shipping Method & Time:
Every package that is shipped from ABC Online Pharmacy has a tracking number provided by Canada Post and can be tracked via the link here . Packages that are shipped from one of our offshore locations may be tracked by calling our toll free number.
If the order is being shipped from ABC Online Pharmacy, customers can expect to receive their medication within 3 to 5 business days. If the order is being shipped from one of our offshore suppliers, customer can expect to receive their medication within 10 to 15 business days. Please note that there may be some unforeseen delays that are beyond our control at the US customs.
Cancellation and Refund
Under pharmaceutical law, prescription drugs are not returnable. All sales are final.
Our goal is to get your order processed, shipped and in your hands within 21 days. Occasionally, there may be some delays that are beyond our control. ABC Online Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse any cancellation within the first 21days.
Please note that if you wish to mail or return a medication to us, Please ship using US POSTAL SERVICES. Orders shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx or other courier, are subject to inspections by the Canadian Customs and will be rejected. ABC Online Pharmacy will not accept C.O.D’s (collect-on-delivery) packages.
Orders to International countries may be delayed due to the respective country's Customs Department. International orders may be subjected to additional charges due to duties, tariffs, or taxes.
If for any reason, you need to return a medication that was ordered from us, the returned product must contain the original packaging, manuals, instructions and accessories. A twenty percent 25% cancellation fee applies. We are unable to return the item to the manufacturer and by law, we are not allowed to re-sell prescription or OTC products once they leave our pharmacy.
Payment Options
ABC Online Pharmacy accepts certified personal checks, money orders, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards. Orders paid for by a check may take longer to receive, as ABC Online Pharmacy can not ship until full payment has been received and the customer's check has cleared by our bank.
If paying by credit card, it is recommended that a Visa card is used, as ABC Online Pharmacy can debit customer accounts in US dollars. For the remaining credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Discover, customer accounts will be debited in Canadian funds.
The merchant rate prevailing on the day of the transaction (usually the date of shipment) will be the exchange rate used by ABC Online Pharmacy to convert $US total into a $CDN (Canadian) total. The charge reflected on customers' statements (in $US) may differ from the amount ABC Online Pharmacy debits if a different exchange rate is used by customers' banks. Customers should consult with their banks concerning rates of exchange before making a purchase. Please note that ABC Online Pharmacy only collects the amount indicated to the customer at the time their order was placed.
Counseling
ABC Online Pharmacy pharmacists will counsel all patients on the proper use, related side effects, drug interactions, storage methods and any other issues related to each prescription medication. Should the patient choose to decline counseling, ABC Online Pharmacy can not be held liable for any harm that results from the improper use of prescribed medication. All patients are encouraged to speak to one of the many qualified pharmacists at ABC Online Pharmacy before beginning their prescribed medication.
