Adding 1 capsule of Emend (Aprepitant) each day for 3 days can help protect against nausea and vomiting not only on Day 1 but also on Days 2 through 5. Which means, Emend Capsules (Aprepitant) may stop symptoms before they start.Emend Capsule (Aprepitant) is not used to treat nausea and vomiting that you already have. Tell your doctor if you are taking other medicines, if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, or if you have liver problems. Emend Capsules (Aprepitant) may cause serious life-threatening reactions if used with certain medicines
